Phil Cargill, affectionately known as “Coach Phil” is a former Coach with Mississauga Monarchs, Brampton Warriors & Cardinal Leger High School. He has over 20 years of coaching experience and is the founder of bXposed - Diversity in Sports, a non-profit organization based in Peel Region committed to serving unrepresented and underprivileged youth. bXposed creates youth programming that is dedicated to supporting physical & mental health through sports.His programs encourages youth to discover their path through various sports including golf & velodrome cycling. He believes that youth should have he ability to connect and learn about life skills while enjoying various sports.
